Notre savoir-faire

Notre approche est entièrement artisanale. Pâtes à tartiner, crèmes glacées, bases, pralinés: tout est fait maison, sans aucun produit préfabriqué. Les pâtissiers développent des techniques uniques, comme l’association du beurre normand de la Ferme Bleue à la fleur de sel de Guérande, ou le travail précis des farines et de la vergeoise pour obtenir notre texture signature : un cœur fondant, mi-cuit, irrésistible.
